LIMITED TWO YEAR SEALCOATING WARRANTY

AIM Asphalt Inc, uses only sealers that conform to the U.S. Air Force, GSA-FSS Federal RP-355 standards and specifications. AIM will gladly provide detailed specifications upon request. AIM hereby warrants all two coat applications against defects in material and workmanship for a period of two years from date of application. AIM Asphalt will honor all written claims under the following conditions and guidelines.

(A) AIM cannot be responsible for damage of sealer due to lawn chemicals or sprinklers, domestic animals, foot or vehicle traffic for the appropriate sealer cure time.

(usually 24 to 48 hours)

(B) AIM Asphalt will not be responsible for damage due to excessive standing gravel, snowplows, tire chains, or winter salt application, also for any gas, oil, or anti-freeze on your sealed surface.

(C) This two year warranty applies to all residential drives, church lots, and funeral homes. All others will be provided a one year warranty under the same guidelines.

(D) Asphalt repairs will be warranted for one year.

(E) Tennis court coatings will be warranted for two years.
